A tribute can pay respect or reference aspects, qualities, or elements of the subject. This individual brought joy and laughter to a space. A refreshing offering like a bespoke fragrant bouquet. I know it’s only temporary, but I miss her. This painting has been juried in by Brian Rutenberg for the Myrtle Beach Art Museum. It’s for a worthy cause. I hope the recipient really connects with it. It is special.
